The Toolkit has a list of every right for Ohio and Federal crime victims. Learn about your rights at every stage of the criminal justice process from investigation to post-conviction.
Enforce Your Rights
Victims answer a series of specific questions about themselves, the offender, and the crime. Victims can view a list of all applicable rights that apply to them, and produce letters to request certain rights by selecting “Request Your Rights.”
