OCVJC will take reasonable steps to ensure that persons with Limited English Proficiency (LEP), Deaf, Deaf/blind, hard of hearing, and blind prospective clients and clients have meaningful access and an equal opportunity to participate in our services. Interpretation and translation services will be provided free of charge to prospective clients and clients or their designated representative.
OCVJC does not deny service to prospective clients and clients on the basis of race, color, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, ethnicity, national origin, physical or cognitive ability, socio-economic status, immigration status, military status, religion, creed, age, or marital status. Anyone who believes that they have been discriminated against may file a complaint with the Office of Civil Rights.
