Montgomery County Crime Victims’ Rights Training

Join OCVJC for this free cross-disciplinary victims’ rights training for law enforcement, prosecutors, courts, medical personnel, counselors, social workers, advocates, community members, and others who serve victims. LAWO will present on protection orders, rights of students who are victimized, and other important information that crime victims need to know.

The Ohio Crime Victim Justice Center is a crime victims’ rights legal services organization that offers free legal assistance and representation to state and federal crime victims throughout Ohio. In addition to providing pro bono legal representation to crime victims, the organization provides free crime victims’ rights training to service providers to advance victims’ constitutional and statutory rights.

The Ohio Crime Victim Justice Center offers free cross-disciplinary victims' rights training to SANE nurses and medical personnel, law enforcement officers, prosecutors, attorneys, judges, victim advocates, and victim service providers in counties and regions across Ohio. These trainings serve to provide the education and tools necessary to protect victims' rights in Ohio.
